Not much is known of this Raichu, other then he seems to be some sort of dimension-traveling entity. So far, he has only traveled between the gmod world, and another dimension which is limited to what seems to be an underground base where a number of humans are placed in. As to what the humans are placed in there for at this point is purely conjecture; they could be sentanced to hell, someone might have placed them there as a cruel joke. Moving along, Raichu would one day leaving this tiny dimension, and would travel the world, first meating Electivire and somehow, one way or the other, they became friends(Of a sort). Now, Raichu hangs around with Electivire, mostly just hanging around and doing nothing.
