A shadow creature from the same realm as Ninja Mushroom, however this one was taken from the darkness by the ogre itself and by means of some dark magic was given intellegence and a programmed obideance to his ogre master. Much like The Steel-Fighting Beast, Neo is a cool and serious customer. He is also one of the main stealth attackers, nearly having destroyed KateX if not for Ninja Mushroom's intervention.
